本文提出了按滚子从动件运动规律设计盘形凸轮轮廓,不需求出凸轮理论轮廓坐标的一种新方法。为了计算凸轮实际轮廓和刀具中心坐标,只需求出凸轮理论轮廓的压力角,并由从动件运动规律可直接求出凸轮轮廓的曲率半径。这种方法的优点在于,凸轮轮廓的计算非常简单。
In this paper, a new method to design the profile of the cam profile based on the motion of the roller follower is proposed. In order to calculate the actual profile of the cam and the coordinates of the tool center, only the pressure angle of the theoretical profile of the cam can be obtained, and the radius of curvature of the cam profile can be obtained directly from the motion of the follower. The advantage of this method is that the calculation of the cam profile is very simple.
