本文针对政府信息公开过程中,机关档案室信息公开存在的问题,深入分析了机关档案室的特殊地位和作用,并对其信息公开的主体、客体进行了详细的阐释。针对“政府公开信息查阅中心”的设立、公开原则的选择、保密审查的借鉴等问题提出了具体的对策建议。 In the light of the problems existing in the openness of information archives of government agencies in the process of government information disclosure, this paper analyzes in depth the special status and functions of agencies’ archives and expounds the subject and object of information disclosure in detail. In view of the establishment of the “Open Government Information Access Center”, the selection of the principle of openness and the reference of the secrecy examination, some concrete countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.
