目的探讨布地奈德联合沙丁胺醇雾化吸入治疗支气管哮喘急性发作的临床疗效。方法选取内江市市中区人民医院2013年4月—2015年6月确诊并收治的186例支气管哮喘急性发作患者,按随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组,每组93例。对照组在常规治疗基础上给予沙丁胺醇雾化吸入治疗,研究组在对照组治疗基础上给予布地奈德混悬液雾化吸入治疗。比较两组临床疗效、治疗前后肺功能、主要症状改善时间。结果研究组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ2=8.71,P<0.05)。治疗前两组用力肺活量、第1秒用力呼气容积、呼气流速峰值比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后研究组用力肺活量、第1秒用力呼气容积、呼气流速峰值大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组胸闷气短、咳嗽及哮鸣音改善时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论布地奈德联合沙丁胺醇雾化吸入治疗支气管哮喘急性发作的临床疗效确切,可显著提高肺功能,迅速缓解哮喘症状,且安全性好。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of budesonide combined with salbutamol inhalation in the treatment of acute exacerbation of bronchial asthma. Methods A total of 186 patients with acute bronchial asthma who were diagnosed and admitted from April 2013 to June 2015 in Neijiang City People’s Hospital were divided into study group and control group according to the random number table method, with 93 cases in each group. The control group received salbutamol inhalation therapy on the basis of routine treatment. The study group was given budesonide suspension atomization inhalation treatment based on the control group. The clinical curative effect was compared between the two groups. Before and after treatment, the lung function and the main symptoms were improved. Results The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group (χ2 = 8.71, P <0.05). There was no significant difference in forced vital capacity, forced expiratory volume in 1 second and peak expiratory flow velocity in the two groups before treatment (P> 0.05). After treatment, forced vital capacity, forced expiratory volume in 1 second, expiratory flow rate The peak value was higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Study group chest tightness shortness of breath, cough and wheeze improvement time is shorter than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusions Budesonide combined with salbutamol nebulization for the treatment of acute exacerbation of bronchial asthma has definite curative effect, which can significantly improve pulmonary function, relieve the symptoms of asthma rapidly and have good safety.
