为了得到在正常情况下难以机械加工的高碳钢的最佳加工性能,需要对这种钢材进行特殊的热处理,使其显微组织中的球状碳化物均匀地分布于铁素体基体内。作者研究了退火处理参数对组织的类型和硬度的影响。并且评价了其对以后热处理的影响。特别对轴承或弹簧用钢的实验结果和结论进行了讨论。
In order to obtain the best machining properties of high carbon steels that are difficult to machine under normal conditions, special heat treatment of such steels is required so that the spherical carbides in the microstructures are uniformly distributed in the ferrite matrix. The authors studied the effect of annealing parameters on the type and hardness of the tissue. And evaluated its effect on the subsequent heat treatment. In particular, experimental results and conclusions of bearing or spring steel are discussed.
