In recent years, the incidence of cerebral infarction in young and middle-aged has been gradually increasing trend, the incidence of 26% ~ 37% reported in the literature [1]. This article analyzes and compares the clinical data of 75 cases of young and middle-aged and 125 elderly patients with cerebral infarction in our hospital.
