采用有限元方法对某中小吨位叉车悬置结构的护顶架整体进行模态分析,提取出护顶架的前15阶固有频率和振型。经与发动机工作运转时的激励频率对比得出如下结论:该型叉车不论是在怠速还是在正常行驶状态,护顶架整体不会产生共振现象;而发动机盖板在高速行驶状态易发生共振,需进行调整。此外,仪表盘也应加强以提高局部刚度。
