本文对钻机使用的几种辅助刹车的性能和使用情况作了对比;着重介绍了电磁刹车的原理和工作情况。文章指出了钻机采用电磁刹车的优点和必要性,尤其是目前,从钻井控制自动化、节约能源和减少维护成本等方面考虑,国内外都在研究和发展可控硅电驱动钻机。因此,研究并采用电磁刹车显得更为迫切。文章对电磁刹车在修井装置中的应用也作了简单介绍。
This article compares the performance and use of several auxiliary brakes used by drilling rigs; emphatically introduces the principle and working condition of electromagnetic brake. The article points out the advantages and necessity of using electromagnetic brakes for drilling rigs. In particular, considering the automation of drilling control, energy conservation and maintenance cost reduction, the research and development of SCR-driven drilling rigs are underway at home and abroad. Therefore, the study and use of electromagnetic brake is even more urgent. The article also made a brief introduction of the application of electromagnetic brake in workover device.
