本文根据激光、生物学的特点以及两者相互作用的机理和实验结果,初步探讨了激光与生物学的交叉学科内某些因素的相互关系。作了激光波长对鱼类生长速率、鱼类受精卵孵化率、鱼类胚胎畸变的影响和激光辐照剂量对鱼类幼鱼生长速率的影响实验[1、2、3]。通过实验数据,着重讨论了激光波长和激光辐照剂量与鱼类性状的关系,实验结果支持了由于激光波长与生物特性的能态接近而产生的“激光生物共振吸收”理论[4]。
Based on the characteristics of laser and biology as well as the mechanism and experimental results of the interaction between the two, this paper initially discussed the interrelationship between some factors in the interdisciplinary research of laser and biology. Effects of laser wavelength on fish growth rate, hatching rate of fish fertilized eggs, fish embryo distortion and laser irradiation dose on growth rate of juvenile fish were experimentally studied [1,2,3]. Based on the experimental data, the relationship between laser wavelength and laser irradiation dose and fish traits is emphatically discussed. The experimental results support the “laser bio-resonance absorption” theory [4], which is generated due to the close relationship between laser wavelength and biological properties.
