目的 预防后发性白内障对视力的影响。方法 对 2 5例 2 9眼儿童白内障患者常规白内障摘除时Ⅰ期进行后囊膜中央部及前部玻璃体切割术。结果 2 9眼均未影响人工晶体植入 ,无术中及术后并发症。随访 1 2～ 2 4月 ,残留后囊发生不同程度混浊 ,但视轴区清亮。结论 儿童白内障患者白内障摘除时Ⅰ期行后囊膜中央及前部玻璃体切割术 ,能使视轴保持清亮。此方法简单、安全、有效。
Objective To prevent the effect of posterior cataract on visual acuity. Methods The posterior capsular central and anterior vitrectomy were performed on stage Ⅰ of cataract extraction in 25 cases of 29 children with cataract. Results 29 eyes did not affect intraocular lens implantation, no intraoperative and postoperative complications. Follow-up 1 2 ~ 2 4 months, the residual posterior capsule turbidity occurred in varying degrees, but the visual axis clear. Conclusion Cataracts in children with cataract removal Ⅰ stage posterior capsular and anterior vitrectomy, enabling the visual axis to maintain a clear. This method is simple, safe and effective.
