建立了超高效液相色谱法测定灯盏细辛中的飞蓬苷(1)、绿原酸(2)、野黄芩苷(3)、3,5-O-二咖啡酰基奎宁酸(4)、灯盏甲素(5)和4,5-O-二咖啡酰基奎宁酸(6)的含量。采用BEH C18色谱柱,以乙腈-0.1%磷酸为流动相,梯度洗脱,多波长检测[260 nm(1),326 nm(2、4、6),335 nm(3、5)]。1~6分别在0.025~0.8、0.005~0.16、0.013~0.4、0.015~0.48、0.008~0.24和0.005~0.16 mg/ml范围内线性关系良好;平均回收率分别为97.2%、96.8%、100.1%、99.5%、99.2%和101.2%,RSD分别为2.1%、1.7%、1.9%、2.6%、2.5%和2.3%。
