铝合金具有重量轻、强度高及润滑性能好等优点。但这种材料塑性大,切削性能差,对有高精度和表面粗糙度要求的表面,很难达到要求。我厂产品中某零件,其材质为铝合金LY12-CZ,需加工的内孔为φ35H7×284长,表面粗糙度要求为R_α0.4μm(相当于▽9),这以一般的加工方法是达不到的。另外,由于铝合金塑性大,易粘砂轮,也难以磨削。后来我们设计了一种特殊形式的镗刀块,在普通车床上加工上述铝合金工件,质量完全达到图纸要求。这种镗刀块的结构如图所示。它有以下特点:
