为给临床上利用钛质听骨行鼓室成形术提供客观依据,将金属钛环按不同时间组分别植入30只豚鼠的中耳腔嵌于锤骨头上,对中、内耳组织结构进行光镜和扫描电镜观察,并检测动物的血液生化指标、鼠毛中钛元素的含量和听阈的改变。结果表明,钛环植入前后动物的肝肾功能及鼠毛中钛元素的含量均无明显的变化。10d和1个月组中耳粘膜有血迹和少量的炎性细胞浸润;扫描电镜观察纤毛结构紊乱,随时间推移逐渐恢复正常。植入前后相比,ABR阈值无明显差异。提示钛金属对豚鼠机体功能及中、内耳组织生物相容性均良好,无毒副作用。
In order to provide an objective basis for clinical use of tympanic titanium tympanoplasty, the middle titanium ring was implanted into the middle ear cavity of 30 guinea pigs in different time groups, respectively. The middle ear and the inner ear tissues were observed under light microscope And scanning electron microscopy. The blood biochemical indexes of animals, the content of titanium in rat hair and the change of hearing threshold were also measured. The results showed that there was no significant change in the liver and kidney function and the content of titanium in the rat hair before and after titanium ring implantation. Blood samples and a few inflammatory cells were infiltrated in the middle ear mucosa at 10 and 1 month after operation. The structure of cilia was observed by scanning electron microscopy and gradually returned to normal with time. There was no significant difference in ABR threshold before and after implantation. Tip titanium body function in guinea pigs, and the inner ear tissue biocompatibility are good, non-toxic side effects.
