随着ＩｇＡ肾病（ＩｇＡＮ）研究的深入，肾小球内发现一些新的沉积物，特别是抗原的沉积，这些发现对阐明ＩｇＡＮ的病因、发病机理等有一定意义．
With the further research of IgA nephropathy (IgAN), some new deposits, especially the deposition of antigens, are found in the glomerulus. These findings are of significance to elucidate the etiology and pathogenesis of IgAN.
