目的:检测细胞因子信号转导抑制因子2(supressors of cytokine signaling 2,SOCS2)蛋白在乳腺组织中的表达,探讨SOCS2的表达与乳腺癌临床病理资料之间的关系。方法:构建乳腺癌、癌旁组织及良性病变组织微阵列(tissue microarray);用免疫组织化学S-P法检测171例乳腺癌、18例癌旁乳腺组织、20例乳腺良性病变SOCS2、ER、PR、cerbB2、p53和Ki-67的表达。结果:乳腺癌中SOCS2阳性率为57.89%(99/171),癌旁乳腺组织为94.44%(17/18),乳腺良性病变为75%(15/20);乳腺癌组织中SOCS2的表达在不同TNM分期、不同组织学分级、淋巴结有无转移和Ki-67阳性及阴性表达下有显著差异(P< 0.05)。结论:SOCS2的表达降低可能与乳腺癌发生和预后不佳相关。
OBJECTIVE: To detect the expression of SOCS2 protein in breast tissues and to investigate the relationship between the expression of SOCS2 and clinicopathological features of breast cancer. METHODS: Tissue microarray of breast cancer, adjacent non-cancerous tissues and benign lesions were constructed. Immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect 171 cases of breast cancer, 18 cases of paracancer breast tissue, 20 cases of benign breast lesions SOCS2, ER, PR, cerbB2, p53 and Ki-67. Results: The positive rates of SOCS2 in breast cancer were 57.89% (99/171), 94.44% (17/18) in breast cancer tissues and 75% (15/20) in breast cancer tissues. SOCS2 expression in different TNM staging, different histological grade, lymph node metastasis and Ki-67 positive and negative expression were significantly different (P <0.05). Conclusion: The decreased expression of SOCS2 may be related to the occurrence and prognosis of breast cancer.
