研究了一种应用于水泥颗粒级配在线分析仪的信号放大和数据采集系统,该系统具有抗干扰、采集速度快和转换精度等特点。它较好地解决了采用模拟开关给系统带来的交叉干扰问题,并且信号放大电路能根据采集信号的强弱进行自动量程放大。这样既可以提高系统的采集速度,又可以保证A/D转换器工作在较佳的转换区域,以减小A/D转换器对较弱信号转换时的误差。
A signal amplification and data acquisition system for on-line analyzer of cement particle gradation is studied. The system has such characteristics as anti-jamming, fast acquisition and conversion precision. It solves the crosstalk problems caused by the analog switch to the system, and the signal amplifying circuit can automatically amplify the signal according to the strength of the collected signal. This can not only improve the system acquisition speed, but also to ensure the A / D converter work in a better conversion area, in order to reduce the A / D converter error signal conversion is weak.
