法治国家建设之兴替取决于法治人才培养之优劣。从供给需求理论检视当前我国法学教育,可以发现其在法治人才培养方面存在供需失衡、结构失调、质量欠优等三大问题。造成上述问题的成因主要在于法学教育目标定位失准、法学教育分类尚不合理、法学教育模式单一落后、法学教育资源分配不均及法学教育评估机制不佳。将供给侧改革理念引入法学教育改革,实现供需失衡向供需共振、简单分类向深层分类、单一模式向协同模式、政府评价向市场评价等方面的转变,乃是改革和完善法学教育的有效路径。
The rise and fall of the construction of a country ruled by law depends on the pros and cons of the personnel training of the rule of law. Examining the current legal education in our country from the theory of supply demand, we can find that there are three major problems in supply of legal education, imbalance of supply and demand, imbalance of structure and poor quality. The causes of the above problems lie in the misjudgment of the orientation of legal education, the unreasonable classification of legal education, the backward legal education mode, the uneven distribution of legal education resources and the poor evaluation mechanism of legal education. It is an effective way to reform and improve law education by introducing the idea of supply-side reform into law education reform, realizing the supply-demand imbalance between supply and demand, and changing from simple classification to deep classification, from single mode to coordinated mode and from government evaluation to market evaluation.
