目的探讨2型糖尿病患者及大血管病变患者血清肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)-α、干扰素(IFN)-γ的变化。方法用双抗夹心酶联免疫吸附法检测36例初诊2型糖尿病(DM组)患者和28例糖尿病并颈动脉斑块患者、20例健康对照者的血清IFN-γ、TNF-α的水平。结果 T2DM并大血管病变组、T2DM组的血清TNF-α、IFN-γ水平高于健康对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论机体免疫功能异常与促炎因子的启动在2型糖尿病及大血管病变的发生、发展中发挥着一定的作用。
Objective To investigate the changes of serum tumor necrosis factor (TNF) -α, interferon-γ (IFN-γ) in type 2 diabetic patients and patients with macrovascular disease. Methods Serum levels of IFN-γ and TNF-α in 36 patients with newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes mellitus (DM) and 28 patients with diabetes mellitus and carotid artery plaque and 20 healthy controls were detected by double-antibody sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Results The serum levels of TNF-α and IFN-γ in T2DM with macrovascular disease and T2DM were significantly higher than those in healthy controls (P <0.05). Conclusion The abnormal immune function and the initiation of proinflammatory cytokines play an important role in the occurrence and development of type 2 diabetes mellitus and macroangiopathy.
