1 序言 随着水利事业的不断发展,防洪、航运、水力发电综合利用水源得到进一步重视。水情自动测报的作用正是快速有效地从水库流域获得各种水文信息,为防洪调度等提供科学依据,针对水情自动测报强调实时性和可靠性的特点,中心站选用Intel多总线工业微机,运行实时多任务iRMX86操作系统,使用效率高的PL/M86语言开发了实时水文数据遥测和洪水预报系统,并于1990年在枫树坝水电厂投入运行。它主要由以下几部分组成:
