工程机械行业标准只提供M39以下螺栓的装配转矩,为补充M42及以上高强度螺栓的装配转矩的确定方法,设计台架试验,通过测量M24螺栓在连续装配转矩下的应变,计算螺栓转矩系数K,基于K值与螺栓大小无关,设计M42及以上螺栓装配转矩,从而提供一种简单的高强度大螺栓转矩设计方法,并设计在二硫化钼润滑条件下M42~M64共5种规格大螺栓的装配转矩。
The construction machinery industry standard only provides the assembly torque of bolts below M39.
