根据日本学者新山英辅关于型腔扩大机理的观点,以及对球铁件凝固过程中各阶段发生的型腔扩大对收缩缺陷影响的分析,提出了一种定量处理型腔扩大的方法.生产和实验验证表明,数值模拟中用此方法处理型腔扩大,所预测的收缩缺陷与实际情况基本相符.
According to the viewpoint of Japan scholar Jojo Joji on the cavity expansion mechanism and the analysis of the influence of cavity expansion on the shrinkage defects during the solidification process of the ductile iron, a method for quantitatively processing the cavity expansion was proposed. Production and experimental verification show that in the numerical simulation of this method to deal with the expansion of the cavity, the predicted shrinkage defects and the actual situation is basically consistent.
