用三种不同剂量的N+注入三个具有不同特征特性的水稻品种的干种子。考察各品种在M2主要性状的变异规律,寻找N+注入的最佳引变剂量,探索离子注入水稻干种子的育种方法,为选育高产、优质、多抗的水稻新品种提供参考依据。
Three dry seeds of rice varieties with different characteristic characteristics were injected with three different doses of N +. The variation of main traits of M2 was investigated. The best NDV for N + injection was explored. The breeding method of ion-implanted dry seeds of rice was explored, which provided a reference for selecting new rice varieties with high yield, good quality and multi-resistance.
