律师事务所的竞争力因素无非是质量控制、组织结构、财务管理、服务流程、人力资源等诸多内容。其中,律师事务所发展规模与团队合作是最为核心的内容,也是当前行业发展的方向性问题。笔者以江苏省为例,认为小团队合作模式是中小型律师事务所的最佳选择。一、公司化、集团化运作并非律所发展的惟一选择2009年以来,江苏新增律师执业机构数量迅速增长,但规模所数量却徘徊不前,中小所也很少有发展成规模所。可见,中小型律师事务所是我国律师执业机构
