本文通过对兔的大强度模拟训练,同时予以中医药和物理治疗,用组织学和生物力学方法进行研究;发现经一段时间大强度训练后,兔下肢结缔组织出现典型运动损伤,如胫骨疲劳性骨膜炎、跟腱腱围炎、“末端病”,用中医药治疗效果明显。与此同时,结缔组织的部分生物力学性质有所增强。结果表明一段时间大强度训练后结缔组织的功能将朝着适应运动的方向发展,因此强调科学化训练以增强组织自身的强度和预防运动损伤,在训练的同时予以有效的治疗,以保证训练和比赛正常进行。
In this paper, through intensive simulation training of rabbits, we also apply traditional Chinese medicine and physical therapy to study them with histological and biomechanical methods. After extensive training for a period of time, we found that the connective tissue of the lower extremities in rabbits showed typical sports injuries such as tibial fatigue Periostitis, Achilles tendon inflammation, “end disease”, with Chinese medicine treatment effect is obvious. At the same time, some of the biomechanical properties of connective tissue have been enhanced. The results showed that after a period of intensive training, the function of connective tissue will move toward the direction of adapting to exercise. Therefore, emphasis is placed on scientific training to enhance the strength of the tissue and to prevent sports injuries, and effective treatment is provided while training to ensure that training and The game is normal.
