Good interpersonal relationship is an essential environmental factor, which is beneficial to develop students’ good psychological quality.
One of the most annoying problems when senior students get along with their friends is disagreement. Students have different ideas on how to deal with disagreement. Some of them will listen to others patiently though they disagree with them, which shows the respect for other’s different opinions. This is one of the skills when we make friends. Learning to respect other’s opinions helps us get along well alone with others, which also helps us find closed friends. However, some students make no response if others disagree with them. In other words, they will not take further action if others do not agree with them. Of course, it is a passive way to deal with this problem, which shows that some senior students can not cope with the problem well when getting alone with others. It is the key that many students think the most annoying when disagreeing with each other. In any case, listening to others’ ideas is the best solution if we can not get an agreement.
