针对机电系统各组成单元对系统可靠性的影响,提出了多层次可靠性模型与评价方法。首先,采用层次分析法对机电系统进行分层结构化处理,构建了多层次可靠性评价体系。其次,在可靠性框图的基础上,考虑每个单元的权重系数,构建了多层次可靠性模型。然后,结合风险优先数法和模糊规则,提出了基于模糊判断的权重系数确定方法。最后,针对某型雷达机电系统进行了案例分析,结果表明该方法相对常规可靠性分析方法更为合理,可靠性预计结果与工程实际相吻合。
Aiming at the influence of each component of electromechanical system on system reliability, a multi-level reliability model and evaluation method are proposed. First of all, using hierarchical analytic hierarchy process for mechanical and electrical systems to build a multi-level reliability evaluation system. Secondly, based on the reliability block diagram, the weight coefficient of each unit is considered, and a multi-level reliability model is constructed. Then, combined with the risk priority number method and the fuzzy rule, a method of weight coefficient determination based on fuzzy judgment is proposed. Finally, a case analysis of a certain type of radar electromechanical system is carried out. The results show that this method is more reasonable than the conventional reliability analysis method, and the predicted results of reliability are consistent with the engineering practice.
