1982年12月至1984年4月,笔者应用维生素B_1封闭治疗三叉神经癌80例,收到了较好效果。80例患者来我院治疗前,均按三叉神经痛治疗过,其中1例手术,48例用其它药物及酒精封闭,32例因疼痛发作误认为牙病而拔除健康牙齿。临床资料和治疗方法本组患者共80例,均诊断为特发性三叉神经痛。其中男性32例,女性48例;年龄33～90岁;病程6个月～34年;疼痛部位,左侧30例,右侧47例,双侧3例。受累支别:第Ⅰ支3例,第Ⅱ支14例,第Ⅲ支22例,第Ⅰ、Ⅱ支受累6例,第Ⅱ、Ⅲ支27例,第Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ支8例。 December 1982 to April 1984, the author of vitamin B_1 treatment of 80 cases of trigeminal neuralgia, received good results. Eighty patients were treated by trigeminal neuralgia before treatment in our hospital. Among them, one case was treated by surgery, the other 48 cases were closed by other drugs and alcohol, and 32 cases were mistaken for dental disease and the healthy teeth were removed because of the pain attack. Clinical data and treatment methods A total of 80 patients in this group were diagnosed as idiopathic trigeminal neuralgia. There were 32 males and 48 females, aged from 33 to 90 years old. The course of disease ranged from 6 months to 34 years. There were 30 patients on the left side, 47 on the right side and 47 on the right side in 3 patients. Involved involvement: the first branch in 3 cases, the second branch in 14 cases, the first branch in 22 cases, Ⅰ, Ⅱ branch involvement in 6 cases, Ⅱ, Ⅲ in 27 cases, Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ in 8 cases.
