公安教育以学历教育和在职培训并重发展,但就公安教育鲜明的职业化特点而言,一直存在着公安教育脱离实践的问题,究其原因是对“四个关系”的认识及处理问题。要破解公安教育脱离实践的难题,必须进行课程内容体系的重新建构,包括课程项目研发、教学模块设计、教学组织实施和教学效果评价等。而要达成此目标应组建专家教学团队等。
Public security education relies on both academic education and on-the-job training. However, in terms of the distinctive professional characteristics of public security education, public security education has always been out of practice because of its understanding and handling of the “four relations” . To solve the problem of public security education from practice, we must re-construct the curriculum content system, including curriculum project development, teaching module design, teaching organization and implementation and evaluation of teaching effectiveness. And to achieve this goal should set up an expert teaching team.
