汽车车身结构的碰撞性能直接关系到汽车的被动安全性指标。本文从轿车在改型设计中提出的具体要求出发,建立了国内第一个用于碰撞分析的整车车身结构的有限元模型,同时按照车身碰撞性能的评价目标,利用计算机模拟技术对车身局部结构进行了优化和改进。模拟结果与实车碰撞实验结果的对比表明,计算方法和模拟过程正确,提出的建模方案和局部改进方案可以提高汽车产品的被动安全性设计水平。
The collision performance of automobile body structure is directly related to the passive safety index of automobile. In this paper, based on the specific requirements of the car in the retrofit design, the first finite element model of the vehicle body structure for collision analysis in China was established. At the same time, according to the evaluation objective of the vehicle body collision performance, using the computer simulation technology, Structure has been optimized and improved. The comparison between the simulation results and the actual vehicle collision test results shows that the calculation method and the simulation process are correct. The proposed modeling scheme and the partial improvement scheme can improve the passive safety design of automotive products.
