限制膨胀率是膨胀混凝土设计应用的重要参数,本文介绍了一种自对中钢丝式膨胀混凝土限制膨胀率测定仪。该测定仪利用低膨胀合金作为测量钢丝,消除传统测量连杆悬臂下沉影响,左、右支架上测量钢丝与电子千分表自动对中,增加测量精度,消除人为对中误差。它可以全程测量混凝土的限制膨胀率,操作简单,解决了施工现场无法定量测定膨胀混凝土限制膨胀率难题。与计算机相连,还可实现自动记录测量值。 The limited expansion rate is an important parameter for the design of expansive concrete. This paper introduces a self-aligning steel expansion coefficient measuring instrument for expansive concrete. The tester uses low-expansion alloy as a measuring wire to eliminate the influence of the traditional measuring link cantilever sinking. The measuring wire and the electronic dial gauge on the left and right brackets are automatically aligned to increase the measuring accuracy and eliminate artificial error. It can measure the limiting expansion rate of concrete all the time and has simple operation and solves the difficult problem of quantitative expansion limit of expansive concrete in construction site.
