目的探讨输尿管结石封堵器在输尿管镜钬激光碎石术(HLL)的应用效果。方法输尿管结石患者79例接受输尿管镜HLL治疗。其中,40例应用封堵器(A组),39例未用封堵器(B组),比较两组的相关指标。结果与B组比较,A组手术时间短[(39.16±15.50)min vs.(50.04±23.29)min]、结石游走率低(2.5%vs.15.4%)、清石率高(97.5%vs.84.6%)(P<0.05)。两组术后住院时间和相关并发症发生率相仿(P>0.05)。结论 HLL术中安放输尿管封堵器可减少结石移位,提高结石清除率,尤其适用于输尿管上段结石。
Objective To investigate the application of ureteral calculi occluder in ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy (HLL). Methods 79 patients with ureteral calculi underwent ureteroscopic HLL treatment. Among them, 40 cases used occluder (group A) and 39 cases did not use occluder (group B), and compared the relevant indexes of the two groups. Results Compared with group B, the operation time of group A was shorter (39.16 ± 15.50 min vs (50.04 ± 23.29) min), the rate of stone walking was lower (2.5% vs.15.4%), the rate of stone clearance was higher (97.5% vs .84.6%) (P <0.05). The postoperative hospital stay and related complications in both groups were similar (P> 0.05). Conclusion HLL intraoperative placement of ureteral occluder can reduce the stone displacement and improve the stone clearance rate, especially for the upper ureteral calculi.
