研究了温度、体重对花尾胡椒鲷(Plectorhynchus cinctus)幼鱼的标准代谢率及温度、体重、摄食水平对总代谢率的影响.标准代谢率随体重的增大而增大,Ms=164.70W0.8860.标准代谢率与体重和温度的关系可用下式表示:Ms=85.0807W0.8855e0.0246t.饱食鱼的总代谢率与体重亦存在幂函数式的正相关关系,在实验温度为28℃时各体重饱食鱼的总代谢率达到最大.总代谢率与摄食量间呈正线性相关.总代谢率的模型为:M总=0.0009e0.02tW0.1627(InC)6.7936.各实验条件下鱼的总代谢率是相同条件下标准代谢率的2.19~7.76倍,总代谢率并不是标准代谢率的恒定倍数.
The effects of temperature and body weight on the metabolic rate of juvenile Plectorhynchus cinctus and the effect of temperature, body weight and food intake on the total metabolic rate were studied. The standard metabolic rate increased with the weight gain, Ms = 164.70W0.8860. The relationship between standard metabolic rate and body weight and temperature can be expressed as follows: Ms = 85.0807W0.8855e0.0246t. The total metabolic rate of saturated fish and weight also exist a positive power function correlation, at a test temperature of 28 ℃, the total metabolic rate of each full-fed fish reached the maximum. There was a positive linear correlation between total metabolic rate and food intake. The model of total metabolic rate is: M total = 0.0009e0.02tW0.1627 (InC) 6.7936. The total metabolic rate of fish under the experimental conditions is 2.19 ~ 7.76 times of the standard metabolic rate under the same conditions, and the total metabolic rate is not a constant multiple of the standard metabolic rate.
