随着经济一体化的发展,物流营销渠道作为一种管理资源在传统工业企业的位置越来越重要。SJ公司是国内行业骨干企业,近年来物流营销渠道管理表现不佳。本文对SJ公司物流营销渠道环境进行分析,对造成逾期应收账款过高且持续增加和营销渠道模式老化等影响渠道效率的价格策略、绩效考评体系展开了深入研究。
With the development of economic integration, the logistics marketing channel is more and more important as a management resource in the position of traditional industrial enterprises. SJ company is the backbone of domestic industry enterprises, logistics marketing channel management in recent years, poor performance. This article analyzes the logistics marketing channel environment of SJ Company, and conducts an in-depth research on the pricing strategy and performance evaluation system that result in the channel efficiency that overdue accounts receivable is high and continues to increase and the marketing channel model is aging.
