In addition to the tin oxide film used in the manufacture of conductive glass, it can also be applied to a ceramic substrate to make a conductive layer of a high temperature resistant and highly reliable resistor. In this paper, the formation of tin oxide thin films and the process of mass production of fixed resistors are studied. The influence of calcination heat treatment specification on electrical properties is studied. After adding various impurities, the thermal stability and electrical parameters of tin oxide thin films can be improved. The structure and conduction mechanism of SnO2 film are also discussed.
