采取单因子控制法,分别选择不同植物生长调节剂及浓度、扦插基质、侧枝年龄、扦插季节等因素进行大头典竹侧枝扦插繁殖试验。试验结果表明:大头典竹侧枝扦插繁殖在夏季(7月),选择2年生侧枝作为扦插穗条,穗条基部用ABT1号生根粉600 mg·L~(-1)溶液浸泡5 min,在黄泥土+泥炭土(1∶1)的混合基质中扦插最为适宜,平均生根率达72.11%。 Single factor control method was used to select different plant growth regulators and concentrations, cutting substrate, collateral age, cutting season and other factors for the test of Datododendron cuttings.
