The melanoma originating in the sacrum is extremely rare. The author has reported one case confirmed by surgery and pathology. 1 medical history of patients, female, 44 years old. Suffering from repeated pains in the sacrococcygeal tail for 9 years, aggravated and difficult to defecate 20 days. Examination: 骶 1 ~ 骶 5 have tenderness, pain, radiation pain is not obvious. Slight swelling of the sacrococcygeal and right hips, marked weakening of the skin of the right buttocks and perineum, double Achilles tendon reflexes
