目的:研究正常背景图情况下脑电图闪光刺激阳性对于神经系统疾病的诊断意义。方法:用脑电图机在常规单双极导联描记脑电图为正常时,给予间歇性闪光刺激共3分钟,同时描记脑电图。结果:15例闪光刺激阳性的脑电图表现为爆发性病理波及同化异常,病种分别见于癫痫、发作性头痛、脑血管病、脑膜瘤术后、神经症及正常人。结论:正常背景留情况下脑电图闪光刺激阳性可以表现为爆发性的病理波及同化异常,其阳性结果可见于多种神经系统疾病,有诊断及病情观察的良好辅助作用;阳性也见于少数正常人及青少年,必须结合临床才能作出正确诊断。
Objective: To study the diagnostic value of electroencephalic flash stimulation in the diagnosis of nervous system diseases under normal background. Methods: Electroencephalograph (EEG) was used to record the electroencephalogram (EEG) while intermittent flash stimulation was given for 3 minutes in the conventional single bipolar lead. Results: Fifteen cases of flash-stimulated electroencephalogram (EEG) manifested as abnormal pathological abnormalities and assimilation were found in epilepsy, paroxysmal headache, cerebrovascular disease, meningiomas, neurosis and normal. CONCLUSIONS: Normal background electroencephalography flash stimulation can show abnormal pathological abnormalities and assimilation abnormalities. The positive results can be seen in a variety of neurological diseases, with good assistant in the diagnosis and observation of the disease. The positive results are also seen in a few normal People and adolescents must be combined with clinical ability to make the correct diagnosis.
