用钛铁试剂(Na2tiron)、邻菲罗啉和硝酸铁反应合成了一种超分子配合物[Fe(phen)3](tiron).4H2O。利用元素分析、红外光谱和X-射线单晶衍射分析进行了表征。晶体结构分析表明,配合物晶体属三斜晶系,空间群P-1,晶胞参数a=12.8789(12),b=13.3808(13),c=14.859(2),α=104.558(2)°,β=100.780(2)°,γ=107.5760(10)°,V=2264.8(5)3,Z=2。配合物晶体结构中,有机基团和结晶水通过氢键和π-π堆积作用扩展为二维超分子体系,其中结晶水通过氢键作用形成八核簇。
A supramolecular complex [Fe (phen) 3] (tiron) .4H2O was synthesized by the reaction of titaniferous reagent (Na2tiron), phenanthroline and ferric nitrate. It was characterized by elemental analysis, infrared spectroscopy and X-ray single crystal diffraction analysis. The crystal structure analysis showed that the complex crystal belongs to the triclinic system with the space group P-1. The unit cell parameters a = 12.8789 (12) , b = 13.3808 (13) and c = 14.859 (2) °, β = 100.780 (2) °, γ = 107.5760 (10) °, V = 2264.8 (5) 3, Z = 2. In the complex crystal structure, the organic groups and the crystal water expand into two-dimensional supramolecular system through the hydrogen bonding and π-π stacking, in which crystal water forms octupole clusters through hydrogen bonding.
