目的:探讨更有效的治疗慢性再生障碍性贫血(CAA)的方法。方法:比较单用司坦唑醇与司坦唑醇联合环孢素(CsA)治疗CAA的疗效。结果:司坦唑醇联合CsA组有效率(88．89％)明显高于单用司坦唑醇组(54．55％)。结论:司坦唑醇联合CsA组治疗CAA的有效率优于单用司坦唑醇组,该方案经济、安全。
Objective: To explore a more effective treatment of chronic aplastic anemia (CAA) method. Methods: The curative effect of single use of stanozolol and stanozolol in combination with cyclosporine (CsA) on CAA was compared. Results: The effective rate (88.89%) of stanozolol plus CsA group was significantly higher than that of the single stanozolol group (54.55%). Conclusion: The effective rate of stanozolol and CsA group in the treatment of CAA is better than that of the single stanozolol group, which is economical and safe.
