以计算机与现代集成制造系统(CIMS)的“集成”思想为指导,提出了核电厂集成管理的新方法。对核电厂集成管理系统的设计进行了分析。采用数据库和工程数据管理技术(PDM)实现核电厂异构环境下的信息集成。针对核电厂的特点和管理需要,先将核电厂的所有工作按性质分为不同的类型,然后在总系统下设计若干个分系统,每个分系统完成一种类型的管理工作。在基于CIMS的集成环境下,每个分系统既相对独立又相互联系,通过全局信息共享系统实现信息共享。该方法为充分利用核电厂的人力、物力与信息资源,构建核电厂科学的管理体系提供了一个新思路。
Guided by the “integrated” concept of computer and modern integrated manufacturing system (CIMS), a new method of integrated management of NPPs is proposed. The design of integrated management system of NPP was analyzed. Database and Engineering Data Management Technology (PDM) for Information Integration in Heterogeneous Nuclear Power Plants. According to the characteristics and management needs of nuclear power plants, all the nuclear power plants are divided into different types according to their nature first, and then a number of subsystems are designed under the total system. Each subsystem performs one type of management. Under the CIMS-based integration environment, each subsystem is relatively independent and interrelated, sharing information through a global information sharing system. The method provides a new idea for making full use of manpower, material resources and information resources of nuclear power plants and building a scientific management system for nuclear power plants.
