本文研究固液、气液、气液固多相流对离心泵性能的影响。通过对泵输送这些流体时扬程、效率、功率和汽蚀性能变化的试验结果分析,探索固相、气相对离心泵性能的各别影响和作用机理,有助于离心泵内多相流的深入研究。研究表明固相对离心泵性能的影响是连续的、均匀的,与其浓度相关;气相对离心泵性能影响较大并与含气量及液相流量有关;三相流时的情况更复杂,受气、固相联合作用的影响。
This paper studies the solid-liquid, gas-liquid, gas-liquid multiphase flow on the performance of centrifugal pumps.
