数学教学与学生的学习具有决定性的功用,这一点更加要求教学人员在教学过程中要注重教学方式与方法。本文结合教学中出现的问题,通过文献资料法和逻辑分析法进行一系列的剖析,提出根据实践进行教学和了解学生个体需求的观点,以供教学人员和管理人员参考。
Mathematics teaching and student learning have a decisive function, which further requires teaching staff to pay attention to teaching methods and methods in the teaching process. Combining with the problems in teaching, this article conducts a series of analysis through literature review and logical analysis, puts forward the viewpoint of teaching according to practice and understanding individual needs of students, which can be used for reference by teaching staff and management staff.
