本实验选择非恶性的NIH3T3细胞及不同转移能力的人肺巨细胞癌(PG)和人肺腺癌(PAa)细胞,用浸润小室实验方法观察3个细胞系的浸润能力。结果表明:NIH3T3细胞无浸润能力,转移能力不同的PG、PAa瘤细胞能快速穿过基质胶表现出不同的浸润能力,高转移能力的PG瘤细胞比低转移能力的PAa瘤细胞显示出较强的浸润能力。浸润小室所反映的肿瘤浸润能力的强弱与体内肿瘤细胞的转移率成正相关,表明浸润小室实验是一种简便、快速、有效的的反映肿瘤细胞浸润能力的体外实验方法。
In this experiment, non-malignant NIH3T3 cells and human lung giant cell carcinoma (PG) and human lung adenocarcinoma (PAa) cells with different metastasis capacity were selected, and infiltration capacity of the three cell lines was observed by infiltrating cell experiments. The results showed that: NIH3T3 cells have no infiltration ability, PG, PAa tumor cells with different metastasis ability can quickly penetrate the matrigel and show different infiltration ability. The high metastasis capacity of PG tumor cells shows stronger than the low metastatic ability of PAa tumor cells. Infiltration capacity. The infiltration capacity of the infiltrates chamber is positively correlated with the metastasis rate of the tumor cells in vivo, indicating that the infiltrating cell assay is a simple, rapid and effective in vitro experimental method reflecting the infiltration ability of tumor cells.
