京津冀地区位于我国华北地区的黄金地带,具有得天独厚的地理优势和人为动力。虽然一直享有包括长江三角洲和珠江三角洲城市群在内的我国三大城市群的盛名,但其发展长期滞后于长三角城市群。如今“京津冀协同发展”战略的提出及实施,对于京津冀地区的人民来说,无疑是莫大的喜讯。我们要以此为契机力求三地资源共享,谋发展,求进步。作为当代法学青年,我首先想到的就是:在法治中国、法治政府全面推进的大背景下,京津冀协同发展如何在法治的轨道上运行及具体措施。
Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region is located in the golden area of North China, with unique geographical and man-made power. Although it has always enjoyed the prestige of the three major urban agglomerations in China, including the urban agglomerations of the Yangtze River Delta and Pearl River Delta, its development has lagged behind that of the urban agglomeration in the Yangtze River Delta for a long time. Nowadays, the formulation and implementation of the strategy of “coordinated development of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei” is undoubtedly of great good news for the people in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei. We should take this as an opportunity to seek resources sharing, seek development and seek progress. As a youth of law school, what I first think of is: under the general background of the government of rule of law and the government ruled by law, how the coordinated development of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei runs on the track of the rule of law and concrete measures.
