目的观察重度和极重度贫血患者的骨髓象、血常规特点,分析其与病情的关系和临床意义。方法2001年3月至2007年5月对河北省保定市第一医院98例重度和极重度贫血患者进行骨髓象及血常规检查,将患者按照贫血原因分组,比较各组骨髓象及血常规的特点,得出其与病情的关系,并总结贫血患者骨髓象诊断的标准。结果不同原因贫血患者的骨髓象及血常规既有相同点,又有明显不同,在重度和极重度贫血患者中IDA 和 AA 所占比例高于其他原因贫血。结论对于重度和极重度贫血患者,应尽早诊断,原因不明时要及早进行骨髓象检查,避免延误病情。 Objective To observe the characteristics of bone marrow and blood in patients with severe and very severe anemia and to analyze its relationship with the disease and its clinical significance.
