传统的丹参提取分离工艺除杂效果差,乙醇消耗多,能耗大,且能引起丹酚酸类成分的损失。2009年笔者根据丹参总酚酸类物质弱酸性及强极性的性质进行了吸附树脂筛选,并对其吸附和解吸性能进行综合考察,结果显示,AB-8为富集纯化丹参总酚酸的最佳树脂,且优选了AB-8大孔吸附树脂富集纯化丹参总酚酸的最佳条件,开发了适合丹参总酚酸的高效制备方法。介绍如下。
Traditional Danshen extraction separation process impurity effect is poor, more consumption of ethanol, energy consumption, and can cause the loss of salvianolic acid components. In 2009, the author screened the adsorption resins based on the weakly acidic and strongly polar properties of salvianolic acids and their adsorption and desorption properties. The results showed that AB-8 was the best candidate for enrichment of total phenolic acids Optimum resin, and AB-8 macroporous resin is the best condition for enrichment and purification of Salvia Total Phenolic Acid. An efficient preparation method suitable for Salvia Total Phenolic Acid was developed. Introduced as follows.
