文中针对电液伺服阀中弹簧管的刚度测量问题进行论述,提出一种新的弹簧管刚度自动测量方法,安装在弹簧管的头部内腔中的角杠杆将弹簧管的角变形转化为角杠杆上某点的线位移,设计基于螺管型电感传感器的位移测量系统。理论分析和实验结果表明:该方法能够将单臂施力法刚度测量中弹簧管头部和测杆之间的接触变形分离出来,避免其对测量精度的影响,能够有效提高测量效率和测量精度。
In this paper, the stiffness measurement problem of spring tube in electrohydraulic servo valve is discussed. A new spring tube stiffness automatic measurement method is proposed. The angle lever installed in the head cavity of spring tube converts the angle of spring tube into an angle Lever line displacement at a point, the design based on the solenoid coil displacement sensor displacement sensor system. The theoretical analysis and experimental results show that this method can separate the contact deformation between the spring tube head and the measuring rod during the one-arm force measurement, avoid the influence on the measurement accuracy, and can effectively improve the measurement efficiency and measurement precision.
