评价骨矿物质含量(骨矿含量)测定对早产儿代谢性骨病(metabolicbonediseaseofprematurity,MBDP)的诊断价值。方法用单光子吸收法(SPA)检测38例日龄大于3周早产儿骨矿含量,同时作右前臂X线检查,并与55例健康早产儿进行比较。结果8例早产儿骨线密度(BMC)、骨面密度(BMD)明显降低,其中4例X线检查有骨质疏松和(或)佝偻病样表现,提示MBDP,其余30例骨矿含量正常者X线检查均未见异常。结论骨矿含量测定对MBDP早期诊断有一定价值。
To evaluate the value of bone mineral content (bone mineral content) in the diagnosis of metabolic bone disease (MBDP) in preterm infants. Methods The bone mineral content of 38 cases of preterm infants older than 3 days were detected by single photon absorption method (SPA). At the same time, the right forearm X-ray examination was performed and compared with 55 healthy preterm infants. Results Bone mineral density (BMC) and bone mineral density (BMD) were significantly decreased in 8 premature infants. Four of them showed osteoporosis and / or rickets-like symptoms in X-ray examination, suggesting MBDP and the remaining 30 normal bone mineral content X-ray examination showed no abnormalities. Conclusion The determination of bone mineral content has some value in the early diagnosis of MBDP.
