利用红外热像仪测量储罐多相界面是一种比较理想的测量方法。通过建立储罐的传热模型,利用有限体积法对筒体外表面的温度分布进行了数值模拟,并提出了基于筒体外表面温度分布对筒内多相界面进行定量识别的传热反问题识别方法,同时分析了初始假设、测量误差和表面最大温差对多相界面识别精度的影响。计算结果表明:在工程允许的测量误差范围内(σ=2℃),利用红外测温反演估计储罐多相界面及罐内流体温度具有很高的识别精度。该方法为油罐多相界面和内部温度识别提供了一种新的思路和途径。
Measuring the multiphase interface of tank by infrared camera is an ideal measurement method. By establishing the heat transfer model of the storage tank, the finite volume method was used to simulate the temperature distribution on the outer surface of the cylinder, and a method to identify the inverse problem of heat transfer based on the temperature distribution on the outer surface of the cylinder was proposed. At the same time, the influence of initial assumption, measurement error and the maximum surface temperature difference on the identification accuracy of multiphase interface was analyzed. The calculation results show that the method can accurately estimate the fluid temperature in the multiphase interface of the tank and the temperature of the tank by infrared temperature inversion within the allowable measurement error of the project (σ = 2 ℃). The method provides a new idea and approach for oil tank multiphase interface and internal temperature identification.
