目的:研究雪旺氏细胞标志物胶原原纤维酸性蛋白(GFAP)和肌上皮细胞标记物α-平滑肌肌动蛋白(α-SMA)在涎腺腺样囊性癌(ACC)中的共表达情况,探讨GFAP、α-SMA与ACC嗜神经侵袭的关系。方法:利用双重胶体金标记的免疫电镜技术从超微结构水平研究GFAP和α-SMA在腺样囊性癌中的共表达。结果:在ACC组织中,GFAP蛋白与α-SMA蛋白均有表达,GFAP和α-SMA共表达的细胞符合肌上皮细胞的超微结构特点。结论:ACC中肿瘤性肌上皮细胞样发生雪旺氏细胞分化可能是ACC嗜神经侵袭的组织病理学基础。
Objective: To investigate the co-expression of Schwann cell marker fibrillary acidic protein (GFAP) and myoepithelial cell marker alpha-smooth muscle actin (α-SMA) in salivary adenoid cystic carcinoma (ACC) To investigate the relationship between GFAP, α-SMA and ACC neuropathy. METHODS: Double-gold-labeled immunoelectron microscopy was used to study the co-expression of GFAP and α-SMA in adenoid cystic carcinoma at the ultrastructure level. Results: GFAP and α-SMA protein were expressed in ACC tissues. The co-expression of GFAP and α-SMA was in accordance with the ultrastructure of myoepithelial cells. CONCLUSIONS: Schwann cell differentiation in tumor-like myoepithelial cells in ACC may be the histopathological basis of ACC neuroinvasion.
