使用涡轮发动机的飞机,长时间在寒冷环境下飞行,可能会引起飞机燃油系统结冰,从而危及飞机安全。为避免飞行事故的发生,新机研制时,涡轮发动机燃油系统与部件需进行燃油结冰适航验证试验,以确保在寒冷条件下燃油系统供油的可靠性。本文将根据燃油系统部件结冰的符合性验证试验方法进行燃油的配制并对配制方法进行研究,从而为飞机燃油系统部件的适航取证提供技术支持。
Aircraft that use turbo engines that fly for a long time in cold conditions may freeze the fuel system of the aircraft and jeopardize the safety of the aircraft. In order to avoid the occurrence of a flying accident, when the new aircraft is being developed, the turbine engine fuel system and components are to be tested for the fuel icy airworthiness verification to ensure the reliability of the oil supply of the fuel system in cold conditions. This article will be based on fuel system components icing compliance verification test methods for the preparation of fuel and formulation of research methods to aircraft fuel system components to provide airworthiness certification to provide technical support.
